All items purchased through CGNet are offered with an inclusive 1 year [12 month] warranty starting from the invoice date.

Do you provide International delivery?


CGNet provides international shipping rates for your purchases. Our logistics team will send you optional quotes for you to choose from. The rest is handled between client and the elected freight forwarding agent.

What is your return policy?


Although this is a very rare case, CGNet accepts returns of purchased items within the first 3 months from invoice date. Should the item be found damaged or contain a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately and our experienced team will ensure to either replace your purchase with a new item or consult you on the repair turnaround time.

How do I track my order?
